CUSTOMER SERVICE:

We want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 48 hours for our Customer Service Team to reach out to you.  Any emails sent after business hours are responded to the next business day. Emails sent Friday after 5pm CT through Sunday evening are responded to on Monday.

RETURN POLICY:
Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) can be returned within 15 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date for store credit only. Please reach out to our Team at contact@dressinvalor.com with your Order #, Name, Item of Return, and Reason. We will reach out to you with instructions within 48 hours. 

To be eligible for a store credit return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original branded Valor hang-tag attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on giveaways. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a Valor gift card will be sent via the email provided.

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Sadly, once it ships we cannot change your order.

ORDER CHANGES:
Hey Sis, thank you for supporting our Small Business! We ask that you please make sure you review your order carefully before you submit it as it cannot be modified. Once your order is placed, we quickly process the order and cannot ensure we would be able to change it. 

CANCELLED ORDERS:
We do not accept cancelled orders due to the quick turn around of items being sold out. Please make sure you double check your order prior to hitting submit! 


SHIPPING:
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Our goal is 48 hours for all packages to be on the way to it's new home, but we are human. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Large orders or pieces may be shipping in different packages with different tracking numbers.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Valor Boutique, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Valor Boutique, LLC is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS with questions regarding shipment tracking using the provided tracking number.


SIZING GUIDE:

Because each of our pieces are handpicked and curated, we do not always have control over the sizing consistency. We promise to do our best to manually size, try on different body types, share descriptions, etc., but sometimes pieces just don't fit the way they need to fit on everBODY. We understand, email us at contact@dressinvalor.com if you are unsure of how something might fit or DM us on insta @dressinvalor for a quick response and personal sizing!

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached at contact@dressinvalor.com.  If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.  

 

MONITOR DISCOLORATION:
We do not overedit, change the tones of clothing, or attempt to present an item as it is not. We apologize if an item does not perfectly match that of our photography due to monitor discoloration. We do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration. 

 

PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay.

AFTERPAY:
Afterpay has a minimum order requirement of $35. Once your order is placed using Afterpay, we are not responsible for your payment agreement.
